Haley founded Unlocked Labs, a startup with a mission to build a better justice system from the inside out. Through this work she founded the JusTech Program at LaunchCode (a startup npo) which connects talented, driven, returned individuals to opportunity — and employers to a previously overlooked talent pool that can bring skills and new perspectives to their teams.Â

Jessi is a local activist supporting movements that address racial and cultural inequities in our public systems such as education, health and wellness, and workforce development.Â
She also spearheaded the development of a robust wrap-around support program at LaunchCode during her time as the VP of Impact.Â
Action Network is an open platform that empowers individuals and groups to organize for progressive causes.Â
